We are introducing a new series of articles called “Lebanese roots” to pay hommage to our Lebanese background and our Lebanese cuisine.

At muncheez, Lebanese is who we are. Lebanese food is what we do naturally. Always has been and always will be. Our recipes have been passed down from generation to generation and continue to evolve.
Muncheez all started on the streets of Beirut with a passion for eating “Lebanese street food”. Lebanese cuisine is defined as healthy by abundantly using garlic, olive oil, lemon juice and herbs. Rarely using butter or cream. Not only will your taste buds love you for eating Lebanese food, but your conscious will be clear that you are eating healthy.

In these series we will bring you the in-places to eat authentic Lebanese cuisine in Lebanon and all over the world. We will even share some secrets to bring Lebanese cuisine into your own home. If you haven’t had the pleasure of tasting Lebanese food you are in for a treat.
